Custom built three story newly built home with elevator is equipped with every detail and amenity. Directly on the lake with boat docks a few steps away.  Amazing views of Northwest Bay and mountains.  Private lakefront patio provides dining/cocktail table in the midst of a beautiful flowering garden at entry.

Enter into a charming foyer that opens to a huge recreation room. Large screened TV equipped with Wii games and premium tv channels, regulation pool table, gas fireplace, bar, icemaker, microwave and full bath with tub.  This room sleeps four with a trundle daybed and two single bed sized custom made couches. Perfect for teenagers.  Trundle bed can be made into a King bed for a couple and there is a double door that can close this off for privacy.

Second floor has double height windows overlooking the lake and mountains.  The Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel GE Monogram appliances has an island gathering place complete with bar seating for six and large TV.   Adjoining this is a gigantic wood dining room table nestled into a custom banquette that seats 10 to 12.

A woodburning fireplace  is the focal point of a comfortable seating area with leather chairs, ottoman, custom designed couch and antique daybed and TV.   There are two additional tables, one antique drop leaf that provides additional seated dining and another that works as a game/puzzle table. All opens out to a huge deck that fronts the entire house and is less that 30 feet from the lake.  It is adorned with fresh blooming flowers and a Brown Jordan dining table with cushioned chairs.  There are additional seating areas provided on this deck.  A sound system with satellite radio, CD player and indoor/outdoor speakers provides music  indoor and out.

Also on this level is one of the two master bedrooms.  A charming lake-fronting room complete with Queen-sized tempurpedic, a cozy custom made chaise lounge and an antique desk. There are two baths for this room, one with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, multi-head separate shower and one with shower that can be closed off for use by the master bedroom occupants  or opened as an additional bath for someone sleeping on the couch on this level. This room has unbelievable views and access to the deck that overlooks the lake.

Third floor has open loft with couch that could sleep one person. There are three more separate bedrooms on this level with baths.

One is another master bedroom with king-sized bed with stunning antique headboard and tempurpedic mattress, double height ceilings and a huge bath with deep tub, double sinks and separate shower. A private lakefront balcony provides breathingtaking views that extend for miles down the lake.  There is also a large screen TV in this room with digital box providing ON DEMAND, VCR and Premium channels. 

Another bedroom has a Queen sized tempurpedic mattress, cable tv and a shared large bath.  The other bedroom has a charming single daybed, views of the woods, cable tv and desk. (There is an Aero bed for this room so it can sleep three comfortably if needed.)
There is also an additional single Aerobed which can be used anywhere.

Wireless Internet.  Home is equipped with all entertaining tools, such as large pots, dinner service for 20, serving pieces.  All linens and towels are of good quality.  This is a private home that has been equipped with everything one could think of for comfort and fun.  Never been rented... certainly way above the quality that one would expect for a summer vacation rental.

Sagamore Hotel and Golf Course. A large number of top-notch golf courses are within driving distance.  A true summer resort, Lake George offers numerous child-friendly attractions within a short distance by car or boat.  "The Narrows", a famed collection of State owned islands are only 10 minutes by boat and provide campsites for overnight or day use/picnics at reasonable prices.
