Vacation Rental Description

This Condo offers convenience and location, close to town- a 
vacationers dream.  FYI- it always fills up EARLY !!!!!

A 2 Bedroom 2 bath unit located alongside the Estes Park Golf Course, 
close to town and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. 

It has hardwood floors & a deck on the first floor.  In addition 
there is a screened porch next to the Master Bedroom with a sofa for 
reading, relaxing or quiet time with views of scenery and wildlife.

The family room, bedroom, and screen porch have televisions with 
cable tv & VCR's.  There is also a Sega game station (with games for 
the kids)and a stereo CD player.  This unit also includes a Queen 
sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, numerous books, games  and too many other 
extras to list.

Reservation Deposits: Rentals require a $250.00 Security Deposit 
plus a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. 

Security Deposit refunded after your departure upon damage 
inspection & return of keys. All deposits are held in non-interest 
bearing accounts. All rentals are charged sales tax (8%). 

Cancellations: No refunds unless re-rented for same dates. 

Check in time: 3pm.  

Check out time: 10am. 

Accommodations: This unit is fully furnished and the kitchen is 
fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.  Utilities included 
along with the first $25.00 in local phone charges.  

Housekeeping is not provided. A $100.00 cleaning fee is charged to 
rentals.  This unit has laundry facilities and cleaning supplies for 
your convenience. 

Credit Cards: Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Your personal 
check is fine.
