Reservation Deposits: Rentals require a $500.00 Security Deposit plus a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded (Cleaning Fee $100.00 is deducted from the deposit) 45 days or less after your departure. Any other debits will be for excess phone charges, damage to the property or lost keys.

All deposits are held in non-interest bearing accounts.
All rentals are charged sales tax (10%).
