within two miles of the popular Port Lucaya. Condos are well furnished
and appropriately decorated. We have phone, cable tv and wireless
internet. All the supply necessities are included for our guests
convenience. Studio accomodates up to 3 adults or two adults with two
smaller children.

Pool bar and store within the facility grounds. Gym for work out
located on premises. Gated facility with 24 hr security. Beach rated
one of the top beaches in the carribbean.

Three miles of pristine beach and ocean waters. Snorkeling right off
our beach with your own equipment. Quaint and never too crowded
atmosphere. Port Lucaya nightlife and restaurants within a couple of
miles. Casino also at Port Lucaya. Water sports, golf, remote beaches
to explore, deep sea fishing etc...all close by..

Rates vary pending the length of stay and time of year. Nightly rates
available for less than week stays. Reduced prices for stays of more
