Vacation Rental Description

Relax in this beautiful "Beach Front" condominium overlooking the dunes, white powdery sand, and 
emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, located in a beautiful Mediterranean-style building on Route 
30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Route 30A affords the visitor access to the quaint town of Seaside, with 
its great restaurants and wonderful shops as well as several other beach communities offering 
something for everyone. Destin, only seven miles to the west, offers many other attractions.

OUR condominium is located on the first floor of a Gulf-Front building. Spectacular views can be 
found from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The Gulf-Front setting offers a quiet, 
peaceful retreat and your only a short walk from the 8000 square foot pool sure to offer hours of 
entertainment to guests of all ages. Spend your afternoons and evenings sitting out on the patio 
which has priceless views of the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Gourmet Kitchen is outfitted with top of the line stainless steel VIKING appliances, including 
separate icemaker and oversized refrigerator. The master bedroom (king bed) features a walk-in 
closet, an exclusive travertine tiled bathroom, housing a glass walled walk-in double headed shower 
and a Jacuzzi bathtub, and it overlooks the ocean. The second and third bedrooms (queen beds) share 
a bathroom and the fourth bedroom (two double beds) has its own private bathroom.

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Adagio Complex Features - gated community with two pools, meeting/conference room, and 580-feet of 
beachfront. The private gym overlooks the outdoor whirlpool and 8000 square foot three-tier pool 
with cascading waterfalls, fountains, and lush tropical landscaping. The 1700 square foot heated 
infinity pool overlooks the Gulf with large, flat manicured lawn on each side for Croquet, 
Bocceball, playing catch, or simply lying in the grass. No need to bring your charcoal - a large 
VIKING gas grill sits ready to cook your barbecue items.
