You will have your own fully furnished double or single room with bathroom and can use my Golf Cart as you wish.

A large screened in rear patio has a 20' x 11' pool with landscaped waterfall and a barbeque.

Your choice of bedrooms are:  a bedroom with a queen size bedroom suite and a full wall of
closets or a bedroom with a full size bedroom suite and a full wall of
closets.  You will pay rent for 1 Bedroom and bathroom and share the family room and kitchen and all amenities.  You will pay towards utilities too.

Spring Hill is within the Nature Coast, minutes from beautiful Gulf
of Mexico beaches (Pine Island the best) and some of the world's best
fishing. The Nature Coast has some fine historic attractions such as
Weeki Wachee Springs, Homasassa Springs, Downtown Brooksville, the
Plantation Inn and the Withlacoochee State Forest.
We are 40 minutes due North of Tampa International Airport and Busch
Gardens. Tampa offers some of the finest shopping and dining in
Florida including International Plaza and Bay Street, and the Pier in
nearby St. Petersburg. Tampa is also home to the Lowry Park Zoo,
Florida's Aquarium, the Museum of Science and Industry and the now
famous Ybor City!
