June 1st to December 20th...$225 per night (for 2 persons)
Holiday Season..............$449 per night (for 6 persons)

No Children Under 12 Please!

Rates are for 2 persons.
They will increase by $25 per night, per guest

Also collected 12% tax.
$500 security deposit refunded 2 weeks after check out.
