Room to spare on Cape Cod Bay in Brewster

Across the street from what Travel and Leisure magazine just rated as one of Americas Most beautiful Coastal Views (In can e-mail you the link) you can hear the waves crashing on the shore at night. A short walk (1/10 mile) down a path lead you to the steps down to the private association beach. Once there you will be able to walk out almost a mile during low tide, collect shells and hermit crabs. With almost 4000 sq. ft. of living space there is more than enough room for 2-3 families to share (bring the in-laws) and still find a quiet place to relax.

Our 2009 dormer addition brings a new bedroom (four in total), a third living room which can be used as an additional bedroom and a master bathroom with an Ultra Bain jet tub and separate shower.

A well appointed kitchen and eating area that seats up to 14 is great for a family meal.

Outdoors has a brick patio with a large table and umbrella to enjoy meals and Happy Hour while watching the kids on the wooden play set.

The enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower is great for washing sand off the
beach.

Central AC througout the house, Cable, DVD/VCR, wireless internet access. Outdoor enclosed H/C shower, wooden playset, brick patio with gas grill, large
table with umbrella outdoors, washer and dryer, central vacuum, plenty
of beach toys for the kids including floats and beach chairs, even a
couple of bikes with helmets. A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher
and of course a large lobster pot.

Walk to the Cape Cod Bay, a short drive to the National Sea Shore and
other Nantucket Sound beaches. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is about 1 mile
away, and you are a short walk to the famous Brewster General Store
for coffee, penny candy and of course ice cream.

Rt 6A is great for antiquing and you are close to Chatham for shopping. There is also Myricks pond that is in the association that you can bring a canoe and go fishing. Fun on Cape Cod is endless and only limited to what you want to do. We will also have a book with recommended restaurants and activities, and plenty oflocal guide books.
