check in entry, ground floor lobby, two large pools (one heated) and
one with zero depth entry and a mushroom waterfall which the kids
love! Also available are eight tennis courts, 18-hole, world class
golf course, an on-site fishing lake and many walking or jogging
paths. All gated, very well maintained and private. Very convenient
walk to the beach. Also, across from the main lobby is Cabana Cafe,
which has a coffee shop, ice cream shop, full-service restaurant
7am-2am) & lounge. They will deliver straight to your room or to the
swimming pools.

something for everyone. The pool area has showers and bathrooms so
you don't have to make a trip back up to the unit while enjoying a

MASTER BEDROOM: One KING Size Bed. There is a walk-in closet,
extra seating, and adjoining it is a master bath with a walk-in
shower, separate large bathtub and his/her vanities. This unit
offers a great wrap around balcony accessed from the master bedroom
and the living room. Sleeps 2.

QUEEN BEDROOM: One Queen Size Bed. This is the second bedroom and has a full bath
attached. This room has a private balcony from which you have
great views of the Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay.

Third BEDROOM: This third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and also has a full
bath attached. Sleeps 2.

SLEEPER SOFA: In the living room there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa
with access to the hallway bathroom. Sleeps 2.

Cabanas are located near each pool for your convenience. Of course
the largest and best amenity associated with Ariel Dunes is the 2000’
of magnificent open shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico for your
enjoyment and pleasure.
