Welcome to our home away from home on Okaloosa Island. The Summerlin
Condominium is an intimate, quiet, and beautifully-appointed,30 unit
condominium that has been voted most attractive building on Okaloosa
Island. The Summerlin is situated on 200 feet of snow-white beaches
in the middle of Okaloosa Island (Ft. Walton Beach), a narrow barrier
island that affords both Gulf of Mexico and intercoastal waterway
view.
We are on the top floor (6th) with a spectacular view of the Gulf.
The xtra large balcony is off the Master bedroom and Livingroom.
The beautifully decorated, two bedroom, two bath unit overlooks the
sugar-white sand and shimmering emerald waters.The fully equipped
kitchen has granite counter tops. Full size washer and dryer is in
unit.
Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds.
the couch is a convertible bed.
The heated pool is on the Gulf side.
Okaloosa Island is the Gulf-front beach community of Ft. Walton
Beach. Located between Ft. Walton Beach and Destin. We are known for
our long sugar-white beaches and emerald-green water. Come stroll on
the beach, play in the surf, fish on the pier, or stroll the
boardwalk with nightly entertainment, restaurants and shops.
Okaloosa Island is a three mile strip of beach sandwiched between
federally protected land (beaches). Okaloosa Island is only six miles
from Destin, without the traffic of Destin.
