Located 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. These villas
are less than 5 miles to Walt Disney Magic Kingdom / Epcot Center
with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Wet 'n Wild.
Other area attractions within easy drive include Kennedy Space
Center, Busch Gardens, and Gator Land . Within a 90 minute drive
to the east are the Atlantic beaches of Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach.
To the west are the Gulf beaches surrounding Tampa Bay and
Clearwater.

No pets or smoking allowed.

We take great pleasure in offering quality accommodations so your
family and friends can enjoy a first class vacation for an outstanding value. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, cable TV with VCR and wireless internet access. The villa's master bedroom features a queen size
bed, cable TV with remote, walk-in closet, double dresser, and an
in suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms each contain two twin
beds, a dresser, and a closet. The other full bathroom is in the
hall between the bedrooms. A full size washer and dryer are also
in an enclosed area along the hall. The fully equipped kitchen features
a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range and full size
refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6.

The clubhouse & pool are just a short walk from our villas. The
clubhouse features a snack bar/convenience center, video rentals,
video arcade, exercise room, pool table and lounge area. The pool
area includes a Jaccuzzi, sauna, and grill/picnic area.

Daily rentals are available. Please email with the dates you are

January 2 to February 3 - $70 per night

February 4 to March 30 - $90 per night

March 31 to April 15 - $100 per night

April 16 to June 8 - $70 per night

June 9 to Aug 26 - $90 per night

August 27 to Sept 30 - $60 per night

October 1 to November 25 - $70 per night

November 26 to December 21 - $60 per night

December 22 to January 2 - $130 per night

Stays less than 4 nights will have a $60 housekeeping fee.
Rates do not include 13% tax. $100 deposit plus $13 tax is required
to reserve a villa.

Cancellation fees - $55 refund of deposit; No deposit refund for
cancellations within 7 days of scheduled stay.
