leading to a sandy swimming area. The four bedroom home
comfortably sleeps 10
(1 bedroom with two twin trundle beds (sleeps 4), and two bedrooms
with a queen bed in each.), and a 500 sq ft walkout basement suite
with kitchenette and a separate tiled bathroom.

Newly renovated kitchen, hardwood floors. Cable TV, DVD player, gas
grill, gas fireplace, clothes washer and dryer, local phone service,
board games, local activities guide and CENTRAL AIR!
No pets, no smoking please. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.
This property is managed by the owners, and we pride ourselves in
providing our guests with a very clean and thoughtfully furnished
and stocked house, so that you will be able to relax and enjoy every
moment of your vacation.

Mount Major, swim and sun at Ellacoya State Park, play at Gunstock
recreational area (with horseback riding, fishing, skate park and
more), Weirs Beach boardwalk and NASCAR racetrack and shop at
numerous craft fairs and outlet shops. Enjoy fabulous fall
foliage. Embrace winter with direct snowmobile access to lake and
from there all trails! Perfect for ice fishing and skating, and
only minutes from Gunstock ski area, with downhill and crosscountry
skiing, ski school, boarding, and tubing.

June 27 to September 5, 2009 - weekly rentals only - $3,500/week (Sat to Sat)
May 23 to June 27, 2009: $2,500/week or $1,250 for a 3 night weekend
September 6 to September 28, 2008: $2,500/week or $1,250 for a 3 night weekend
Christmas week, New Years week, February Vacation weeks: $2,000
Arrival time is Saturday 2PM, Departure time is the following Saturday 10AM.
Columbus Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend and Thanksgiving weekend: $1,500
Other(September 29, 2008 until May 21, 2009):$900/3 night stay; $300/additional night, $750/2 night
stay
$500 refundable security deposit.
8% NH rentals tax
50% deposit required to hold reservation; final payment due 3 weeks
prior to arrival.
