Nestled at the foot of Breckenridge's majestic Peak 9 and historic Main Street, our second home is affectionately referred to as 'The Moose Condo' due to its family-friendly moose decor.

The Moose Condo is conveniently located in the newly refurbished Village at Breckenridge lodge complex, and showcases fabulous views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, historic Downtown Breckenridge, and of course, the majestic Rocky Mountains.

NO HIDDEN FEES in The Moose Condo's published rates! Our VRBO rates INCLUDE CHECK-OUT CLEANING FEE, and DO NOT include add-on charges such as 'Resort Fees.' Our published rate, plus pass-through taxes, is what you will be quoted on request, and billed upon booking.

Our premier location is mere steps from Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift, the Breckenridge ski school, incredible restaurants, historic Main Street shops, performing arts center, bike trail (400 miles of paved bike trails!), and nearby municipal ice skating rink.

Please refer to the location graphics in photo section for a better idea of how close the Moose Condo is to both ski area, and Main Street Breckenridge.

The Moose Condo at The Village at Breckenridge resort lodge provides heated garage parking for our guests, at an additional cost of $16 per night per car.

Your vacation stay in the Moose Condo includes a fully equipped & updated kitchen. 'The Moose Condo' features updates such as new appliances and granite counter tops, a romantic wood-burning fireplace and rustic aspen log furniture.

Our condo includes a comfortable queen pull-out futon with $800 foam mattress in the living room, a custom Aspen log love seat, and King size mattress in Master bedroom. Our one bedroom also has a Aspen log single bunk bead, allowing accommodations for a family or group of 5, with 2 in the King, 2 in the queen futon, and 1 in the single bunk. Also, at 840 square feet, the Moose Condo 1 BDR is large in comparison to other Breck 1 BDR lodging.

Views abound! Watch sunrise over majestic mountains from the comfort of the luxurious king bed. View and listen to the comforting sounds of the Maggie Pond spilling into the babbling Blue river from the Master bedroom and condo balcony. Weather permitting, you can fall asleep to the song of the Blue river by propping open a wind or the balcony's sliding door.

A quiet night's rest...Another unique benefit of the Moose Condo, is concrete construction for added noise abatement and a more quiet when you need it most. We have owned and stayed in other condos that are typical wood frame construction, and have had some difficult nights sleeping when condo neighbors took the festivities into the wee hours. The Moose Condo's concrete ceiling and floors provide better than average sound protection.

Guests can catch the Summit Stage Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Silverthorne outlet stores, & rec center from bus stop just 100 ft. away!

Your rental also includes unlimited access to The Village Health Club, located on property inside The Peak Nine Inn within The Village at Breckenridge lodge complex. Pool hours are 7 AM to 10 PM, and the exercise room room available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The Village Heath Club facility has four (4) outdoor hot tubs for soaking sore muscles from a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have a heated indoor-outdoor pool (our kids love swimming from indoor to outdoor!), aerobic and weight exercise room with treadmill and life-cycle aerobic equipment, large steam room, dry sauna, locker room with showers.

If you need more than our Health Club, the fabulous Breckenridge Recreation Center is just a ten minute drive (or catch free shuttle) where for a small fee, you can enjoy wall climbing, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts, weight rooms, exercise machines, tennis courts, indoor running track, large lap pool for adults and large wading pool for children, etc.

Note: our listing is new to VRBO & HomeAway for 2013 ski season, and therefore hasn't yet had the opportunity to received reviews. However, our in-house guest book has consistently had fantastic reviews from our past guests over the years. Very nice and convenient. Had everything as told on site. We skiied 3 days. Location was fantastic.

Meets all my expectations

I found the Moose condo to be a great value. The location was right by the slopes. The owner and the property management company were extremely helpful in meeting my needs. The only downside was I had to go home. I personally will recommend this condo to anyone .

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car

Great family ski condo

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Moose Condo. Its location in the same building as the Village Ski School and close to the shops and restaurants in town could not be better. The condo was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had all the necessities for ski trip cooking including a crockpot. Our 5 year-old loved the loft bed and the pool and hot tubs. I would highly recommend this property.
