the heated community pool & spa as you view 4 peaks mountain. All
tile on the 1st floor,this is a non-smoking, non-pet environment.

B/R located on the 1st floor has a king size bed,lg. walk in closet &
private bathroom, upstairs guest B/R has a queen bed, full bath, den
with a futon couch and desk. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the
1st fl. Local phone & expanded cable is included.

Wireless internet available (included with rental during peak season). 

Electric is only included with peak season rentals.

scenic & challenging courses at We-Ko-Pa, Sunridge Canyon, Eagle Mtn.
& Desert Canyon which are all within 2 miles. Fort McDowell Casino,

on Saguaro Lake, Scottsdale shopping, nearby walking, riding, & hiking
trails, horseback riding, desert hummer tours, museums, shopping,
theaters, Gammage Auditorium for Broadway quality shows,Take a hobby
class at the community center, Walk to the Great Fair in Feb.

Off season June 1 to Sept. 30 $1500 per month
Mid Season May/Oct./Nov. $1900 per month
Peak Season Dec.1 to April 30 $2700 per month
Cleaning fee $125
Deposits: 50% of total rental is due at time of reservation. There is
a refundable $500 security/damage deposit. Rental balance, Security
deposit & cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Please be aware rental fee's are nonrefundable unless the rental unit
is rerented.
Electric only included with Dec. through April rentals.
