outdoor front porch, where you can watch several birds species,
squirrels jumping and running from tree to tree, offers you a relaxed
and nature environment. Best time to enjoy this fully is while
sipping your morning coffeel. Smoking on Porch only. 2 wood floored
bedrooms with queen size beds and closets. One bath with tub/shower.
Washer and dryer with extra storage.
The property is located in "Olde" Englewood off of SR 776 on a quiet
and safe dead end street. A large parking space will accomodate cars,
RV, boat, and or trailer. This is residental and tree lined. It is
centrally and conveniently located, close to shopping centers,
restaurants, hospital, downtown Dearborn, 2 parks area. It is a
fishermen dream paradise. You will be thrilled with the beautiful
turquoise water and the variety of fish. Boat rentals and ramps are
just minutes away. Local activities brochures are available when you
check in.
5 minute drive from Englewood Public Beach and Manasota Key beaches
with miles of sand, shells, sharks teeth, and beautiful sunsets. Port
Charlotte Town Center Mall for you ladies while hubby is gone
fishing, is only 15 min away. For those Golf lovers, 6 Courses to
choose from; Boca Royale Golf Course, is 1 mile down the road.
Tampa and Fort Myers airports are 1 1/2 hours away. Day trips to
Disney World, Universal Studio, Epcot Orlando are 2 hours drive.

Cottage accomodates 4 people. Central AC. Fully tiled kitchen with
breakfast counter, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic
cooktop, oven, garbage disposal, Coffee maker, toaster,
complete cooking utensiles and dishware. Dining Table sits 6. Outside
electric BBQ for your cookouts. A patio set with umbrella sits near
the BBQ. Parquet floor in living room. TV, DVD (loads of movies).
Library. Fast Internet WIFI access. Linens are provided.

Englewood Gulf Coast downtown Dearborne offers restaurants, gift
shops, a playhouse, library, boutiques, and antique stores. Lemon Bay
Park has a nature trail, free boat ramp and fishing pier. There are
plenty of water activities : boating, snorkling, kayaking, skiing,
and jet-skies for rent. Nice variety of restaurants propose the best
local seafood at the beach, with live music, and happy hours.
