This custom home includes large veranda around villa and seafront
side of home. Has a huge flagstone patio, wet bar, gas
bbq, and round firepit on patio.

This beachfront home is beautifully landscaped and offers stunning
island and mountain views. Easily accessible, it is located just 60
miles from Loreto international airport or a further drive south to San Jose del Cabo.
NOTE: Because of current high ticket rates to Loreto (LTO), we advise checking with Alaska Air for thier frequent 'specials' or researching alternative flights to La Paz or San Jose del Cabo (SJC) Car rentals are available
at La Paz, Cabo, and Loreto airports and these should be made in advance. We can also pick up your party at the airport of your choice and transport to the villa in a comfortable bus/motorhome. Groceries are
available in nearby village...short 20 minute drive.
NOTE: A rental car for any length of time should be considered or arrangements made with management for ground transport.

Completely and comfortably furnished, a fully equipped kitchen, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a beach shower for your frequent swims. Master bedroom has king bed. 2nd has queen, 3rd has queen, and an L-sofa will sleep two extra if needed. 3 fireplaces and large patio firepit. Great views from huge flagstoned seaside patio with lots of seating and umbrella tables. The night skies from this patio will amaze you. Full moons across the bay are moments to cherish for a lifetime.
Features a large game room with full seaview windows, fireplace, billiards table, dart board, golf clubs, sofas, and an artist's easle and supplies. Beach chairs & umbrellas are here for your use. Some snorkeling gear is also available. For beachcombing, a metal detector is available for rent...great fun. There is a garage with work shop and all tools.
2 kayaks with paddles and back rests are available for rent..one single and one double.
There is a concrete boat launching ramp for your small boat on it's trailer. Anchor your boat in the bay in front of the house or trailer-park it inside the gated compound. The large, tiled kitchen has a L-counter and several stools. Ready for the gourmet chef with all necessary appliances and utensiels. All the rooms have ceiling fans. All towels, linens, and bedclothes are provided. Maid/cook service is available at a reasonable cost. The utility area features another patio with washer and sun-clothesline.
High speed internet, sat tv, plus XM-Sirus radio are available.

Whether you're beach-combing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing or just
lazily gazing at a truly spectacular view, this is your perfect,
stress-free home.
PORPOISE and WHALES are frequent sightings from the large seaside
patio. MARINE BIRDS live here in very large numbers. Pelicans,
ospreys, gulls, herons, oyster catchers, cormorants, frigates, and
more. LAND BIRDS seen include quail, doves, larks, cardinals,
orioles,flycatchers, hummingbirds, ravens, and many more. It is truly
a birder’s paradise and binoculars are available. At night you will often hear the families of
coyotes calling from the nearby desert hills.
Snorkel, swim, sail, boat, or kayak right from the villa and enjoy
miles of sugar sand beaches. The Cortez offers great DEEP-SEA FISHING
& DIVING, while schools of colorful fish roam the adjacent reefs for
your snorkeling pleasure. The entire bay has a gorgeous sandy bottom
and sparkling clear water. There is a refreshing beach shower after a
swim in the bay. Many islands with their own deserted beaches are
within a mile or so from the villa....kayak or boat to them for a
remarkable getaway and a picnic on a gorgeous beach.
WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY opportunities are unlimited both on land and
sea. Osprey making their morning catches are a thrill to watch from
your seaside patio, as are the many pods of porpoise making their way
through the bay. You can easily hike from the villa to the
surrounding mountains with their lush desert flora...wildlife is
plentiful everywhere; desert bighorn sheep (borego) are often seen on
the rugged mountain-side cliffs.
Delightful BAY-SIDE CAFES are just a short drive for your dining
pleasure and good times with amigos.
The nearby village is a peaceful place of about 4500 friendly folk
who offer good markets, restaurants, and all
services/materials needed. Lots of colorful dances, festivals, music,
fiestas, and a slow easy pace to enjoy them.
