2/2 Patio Villa & Golf Cart in The Villages

Enjoy our smoke-free and pet-free villa! Golf cart is included!

Our patio villa is the colony floor plan and is clean and fully furnished with all the comforts of home. We provide an electric golf cart with lights and rain enclosure for easy access around The Villages and golf courses. All utilities, internet, cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, basic phone service (with answering machine), weekly lawn service, and semi-weekly trash collection are included. In addition to central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans are in the living room, both bedrooms and on the screened porch. All linens are provided.

The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and the master bath has a solar tube for added light, a walk-in shower with seat for convenience. The guest bedroom has a queen sofa bed, and there is an additional twin sofa bed in the living room.

The eat-in kitchen includes a table and 4 chairs, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, small appliances (coffee pot, toaster over, mixer, crock pot, electric can opener, etc.), cooking utensils and dishes. The dining room as 6 chairs and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for added convenience. A sliding glass door opens to the patio and gas BBQ
grill.

A VCR and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. An exercise/walking trail and pool are within walking distance. The daily newspaper with local activities is provided.

A washer and dryer are located in the garage which has a remote door opener and room for a car with the golf cart (provided). We provide pest control. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
No pets and no smoking.

Rental includes access to resident-only recreation centers, Executive golf courses and a private residents' club and restaurant with nightly entertainment and dancing.

The Villages is an active 55+ adult community located in Central Florida, only 60 miles from Disney parks and Orlando attractions and 2 hours to East and West coast beaches. There are numerous activities in The Villages and surrounding community. Activities include: free nightly entertainment at 2 Villages Town
Squares, dancing, swimming, tennis, boccie, shuffleboard, pickleball, basketball, horseshoes, billiards and much more! Recreation centers feature multiple social activities such as cards and games. Access to 7 Championship golf courses is available for an additional fee. Nearby bowling centers, movie theaters, boating,
fishing, fitness centers, shopping, restaurants, and much more! Relaxation and fun activities for everyone!

Note: Our villa is available starting June 1, 2012. It is occupied through May 31, 2012.

Low-season: June-September - $1200/month (ask about specials)
Mid-season: October and December - $1500/month (November not available)
High-season: January-February - $2800

A security deposit of $500.00 is due at time of booking and is fully refundable within 15 days of departure/inspection if villa is left in the same condition as rented.

Full rent is due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation if less than 45 days in advance.

A discount is available for rentals of 3 or more months during non-peak months.

Our villa may be available on less-than-monthly basis.
