Our spacious and airy 2 BR plus office (2000+ sq. ft.) coach home is
located on Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL. Sleeps five. This second floor
home also has a 2-car garage and backs onto a beautiful forever wild
landscape.

The master suite offers privacy with both garden tub and shower in the
bath. There is ample closet space. The master bedroom has balcony
access, a queen-sized bed, lovely furnishings, and cable TV. In the
opposite wing of the condo the second suite also has a queen-sized bed
and a private bath, complete with tub and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes and pots and pans. There
is plenty of extra bed linen and towels. The unit also has a clothes
washer and dryer.

The sunny living room, family room and the master bedroom all have
preserve views and balcony access. This nearly new condo is tastefully
furnished and caters to non-smoking adults.

Our community is gated and has a lovely heated swimming pool and
hot tub a short walk from the unit.

The office in the unit contains a sofabed, desk and office chair as well as DSL
for wireless high-speed internet throughout the condo. The family room
contains an additional cable television set offering many channels.

The central thermostat is programmable to provide air conditioning or
heat as required.

Sarasota is a lovely city with fine restaurants and shopping. The city
is known for its cultural life, including theater, opera, ballet,
music and several museums. There are all forms of entertainment,
sports and recreational activities available. Our home is just five
miles from Siesta Key, which has one of the world's finest white sand
beaches.

$1800 per month beginning June 1 until September 30;

$2250 month of May and October;

$2350 per month November and April;
