Our architect designed home was built in 2004 and won Canmore House of the Year. Eagle Point is one of our many world wide homes and as such is in immaculate condition. Our three storey, 3000 sq ft single family home backs onto a wildlife ravine and has been custom designed to make the most of the amazing views from every direction.
The rental rate includes the services of Mountain Life Concierge who greet our guests on arrival and provide a warm welcome. The rate also includes all taxes, cleaning, bed & bath linen and complimentary use of a Banff Park Pass during your stay. We provide a personal service to all our guests and recommend a variety of activites & restaurants to ensure the vacation of a lifetime. We also provide a beautiful breakfast basket with champagne on arrival to get your vacation off to a great start.
Eagle Point is positioned on the sunny side of the valley, up in the mountains in a family friendly cul-de-sac. When you enter our home, you will be amazed by the awesome view that fills the soaring 25 ft windows.
The palatial master suite on the upper level features a king-size bed with quality bedding. There is a large open plan en-suite with jetted tub, a walk in closet, his ‘n’ her sinks and an oversized jetted shower. Step out of the Jacuzzi into luxurious bathrobes provided for you. In the master suite there is also a TV with DVD/CD player complete with Bose surround sound. Also on this level there is an office area with internet, phone, fax and printer.
Off the master suite there are two decked areas with an outdoor sunken hot tub that seats six.
On the main level is the Great Room consisting of living, dining and gourmet kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and American fridge & freezer. There is English Denby crockery & the kitchen is well stocked with every utensil imaginable.
Also on this level is a large bedroom with walk in closet with two single beds that are suitable for children or adults. There is also a TV, DVD player and Bose CD player with iPod hook up. Next to the bedroom is a large family bathroom. The laundry room is also on this level.
On the mid level rear deck, there is a gas barbecue and patio furniture.
Our theatre room has cinema seating with a 100” screen, full surround sound and wet bar. This room is wired for cable and there is a library of over 300 DVDs icluding box sets & Disney movies.
On the lower level, there is a guest bedroom with double bed, walk in closet, TV, DVD and Bose CD player with iPod hook up. Next to this bedroom is another family bathroom. There is also a heated garage that can accommodate two cars.
The quaint area ofMain Streetin Canmore is only a five minute drive where you will find an array of fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries. The beautiful town of Banff is only a ten minute drive andLake Louiseis a forty minute drive.
Eagle Point is within five minutes of two world class golf courses at the SilverTip Resort and Stuart Creek Golf Course. The Banff Springs Golf Course is 10 minutes away and a little further is Kananaskis Ranch Resort and Kananaskis Country Golf Course. In addition to the wonderful sight seeing there is also walking, hiking, fishing, biking, horse riding, canoeing and rafting. You can even access some wonderful trails directly from our back yard.
