Vacation Rental Description

Second floor unit. three bedrooms, 2½ baths,  hardwood  
floors.  Master bedroom has a walk in closet and a private balcony  
for sunbathing.  Recently remodeled master bath.  Living room has a  
small balcony with a gas grill.  Approximately 1700 square feet.   
Deck with gas grill, beach chairs,  
outside shower.  Beach umbrella, boogie boards and 2 bicycles  
available for your use.  Single parking space in garage.  Three  
houses from the beach. Aprox. 40 yards to the sand!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished.  Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed 1 queen  
bed, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa.  Sleeps 8.  2.25 baths and  
fully  
furnished kitchen,Linens are provided. 
High Speed Internet Free Long distance Telephone in the United  
States , cable TV with HBO and Showtime. DVD and stereo.  Coffee  
maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher,cooking equipment  
utensils and dinnerware are furnished. Washer and Dryer on premises, 
(coin operated) New photos  coming soon. TONS of upgrades have been  
done. 
 

Activities and Attractions

The duplex is located on the ocean side of South Mission Beach, less  
than 100 steps from the sand.  Mission Bay, less than 5 minutes  
away,  
provides visitors with possibilities for boating, numerous water  
sports and access to deep sea fishing.  Sea World, is a 10 minute  
drive by car.  A 15 minute drive north will put you in La Jolla with  
the Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution.  Another 15 minutes north  
will put you in Del Mar with the Del Mar Racetrack.  Downtown San  
Diego with the Padre's Petco Park, the Convention Center and Seaport  
Village is 15 minutes south.  Balboa Park and the world famous San  
Diego Zoo can be reached in 20 minutes.  The International Border  
with Mexico is less than 30 minutes south.  The Wild Animal Park is  
a  
30 minute drive north east. 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,100.00 to $3,000 per week except for holiday weeks plus a  
$350.00  
deposit,  
due  
when you book your reservation.  Rental fee is due 30 days before  
arrival.Winter rates 1500.00 per week or 3500.00 PER MONTH !! 
 
Your deposit is fully refundable 30 days after your stay, less any  
charges to cover loss, damage or more than a normal cleaning.
