A deposit of $500 in the form of a bank check, money order or PayPal, is required to hold your dates and this will be applied to your rental.

Deposit NOT REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 60 days of your reservation arrival date.

Security Deposit
A $400.00 security deposit, in the form of a bank check, money order or PayPal, is required but this is refundable after checkout, with no damage to condo or contents. There is a $70 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.

100% of your rental fee plus your security deposit and cleaning fee is required to be paid 30 days prior to your reservation date.
