Its private location at the end of a cul-de-sac allows you to enjoy ocean views and sprawling balcony space - over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living on 3 floors - all the more. Reminiscent of old-world plantation balconies, you get sweeping views and constant sunshine. In design, this home recalls a charming Bahamian plantation mansion. In features - a contender for MTV’s Cribs. And in ocean-front comfort? Unrivaled.

Your privacy is guaranteed while staying here. The home is tucked discretely at the end of a cul-de-sac. The front of the house itself is almost completely hidden behind a wall of palm trees. This makes the view at the back all the more your secret. Over 6,000 sq. ft of living space is improved with a further 2,000 sq. ft of sprawling balconies on three floors. Enjoy sunrise across the ocean, as seen from one of many comfortable spots on various balconies.

The main patio - the likes of which you’ve seen on the cover of Architectural Digest - makes an ideal entertaining space. There’s tons of room and lots of patio furniture to rearrange to your liking. Best of all (as of March 1, 2012), there is a brand new private heated pool to swim in!

As a perfect house for a group, there’s a great variety of living space inside and out. The grand foyer and great room both open to the floor above - soaring ceilings, with spotless tile and quality hardwood floors. This sleek home is custom from top to bottom, with tons of built-ins: bookshelves, flat-screen TVs and a fireplace. The living areas are dotted with Chinese antiques and local accessories - an inviting, eclectic home.

The best sectional sofa you’ve ever seen: very wide, very long with two in-built chaises. Non-stop entertainment: a pool table, wet bar and a massive home theater room. A gourmet kitchen with a subzero refrigerator, 29" Thermidor grill with double oven and Asko dishwasher, huge center island and adjoining dining room. 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Sensational views of the Atlantic Ocean: sunrises galore! For sun and sand, just step out the door to the adjacent private beach.

Upstairs, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the water from the interior and exterior balconies. Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms are up on this level as well as two balconies. It's a nice, open floor plan. There are several rooms so comfortable for the children to sleep, watch TV, read or just horse around. The best is yet to come on the third floor, find your stunning master suite and an unending ocean view that’s all yours. If nonstop views from your king bed don’t tempt, vaulted ceilings and master bathroom suite with jacuzzi bath tub will. A few nights in this master suite and you’ll be dragged home kicking and screaming.

As of March 2012, the owners have updated the home with a brand new pool, and a new 1st level 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds, entertainment center with HDTV & Wii and a daybed. This room will be perfect for kids. The 1st floor also includes a pool table, wet bar and queen sleeper sofa.

When venturing out, simply step from the property grounds onto the adjacent beach walkover to the beach. We also manage the beachfront house next door, Heaven on Earth. Perfect for families traveling together.
