channel. This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk the full mile of waterfront and
an elegant 5000 square foot clubhouse.
This brand new (January 09) three bedroom, two bath, 1500 square foot condominium has
everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio
has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining
room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, full
bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third has a
trundle that can be two twins or locked to make a King size bed. The living room also
include a queen size sofa sleeper. Can accomodate up to eight people comfortably.

Kitchen: dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses,
margarita glasses, microwave, dish washer, & cooking utensils.

March 1-May 14: $125 per night with two night minimum stay

May 15-June 30: $250 per week night  (does not include Memorial Day weekend); two night minimum

Memorial Day/4th of July/Labor Day weekend: $250 per night; three night minimum

July 1- July 31st: $250 per night; two night minimum (4th of July weekend is three night minmum stay).

August 1st- September 30th: $200 per week night (does not include Labor Day weekend); two night minimum

One time cleaning fee of $90.00; $150 if staying five nights or more
Nightly rate includes your sales tax of 10.475%
Boat Slip: $15 per day
