an elegant 5000 square foot clubhouse.
This brand new (January 09) three bedroom, two bath, 1500 square foot condominium has
everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio
has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining
room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, full
bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third has a
trundle that can be two twins or locked to make a King size bed. The living room also
include a queen size sofa sleeper. Can accomodate up to eight people comfortably.

Kitchen: dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses,
margarita glasses, microwave, dish washer, & cooking utensils.
Living Room: Sectional sofa sleeper, Chair, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/Radio &
Fireplace.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, night stands, 19" flat screen TV, mirror, walk in
closet, and master bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, 19" flat screen TV, and closet.
Third Bedroom: Trundle bed that can be 2- twin beds or locked to make a King bed.

March-May 24th: $150 per night with two night minimum stay

May 25th- September 3rd: $250 per week night with two night minimum

Memorial Day/4th of July/Labor Day weekend: $250 per night; three night minimum

One time cleaning fee of $90.00 if staying four nights or less; $150 if staying five nights or more
Nightly rate includes your sales tax of 10.475%
Boat Slip: $15 per day
