This beautifully decorated 3-story oceanfront home was renovated early 2009.  Among the changes are a new additional sitting area on the first level of the home, a new laundry room, new enlarged oceanside deck, and all new landscaping.  The views from this home and backyard are breathtaking!  The home also received renovations in 2006 and 2007.  The owners of this property take great pride in keeping the home properly maintained and enjoyable for their guests.

This home features fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean from four of the six bedrooms. The entire kitchen and living room area overlooks the ocean with its wall of windows and sliding glass doors.  Spacious decking wraps around the oceanside of the second floor.  The Savannah brick fireplace gives it a true southern touch.  Other features include high-speed internet, wood floors, vaulted ceilings, large dining room table, screened-in porch, private oceanfront heatable* pool and a gas grill. 

First level: On the first floor is a master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom.  There is also a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath.  This master suite overlooks and has has access to the pool and ocean.  Next to the bedroom is a sitting area great for watching TV or playing games.

Second Level: On the second floor are three bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and laundry room.  On the right side of the house is a bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the ocean.  This bedroom shares a bathroom with another room with two twin beds.  The third bedroom on this level is on the left side of the house.  This bedroom has access to the beack deck and overlooks the ocean. It has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. 

Third Level: On the third floor is another private master suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom.  It overlooks the ocean and has it's own private balcony.  This home features a unique sixth bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, which is accessed from the outside rear deck (has it's own entrance).  If renting as a 5 bedroom home, access to this room would not be provided. 

Ever bedroom has a television as well as the 2 sitting areas.

Pool-  This home features a large oceanside pool*.  One entire side of the pool is shallow (approx. 2 feet deep) which is great for children or those who just want to lounge in the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Note- this home has a local property manager who is on-call 24/7 if you have any questions or problems during your stay.  The property manager also inspects the property prior to each arrival and after each departure to ensure your satisfaction.  Further, the house is professional cleaned after each departure, which is included in the rental rate.  The yard and pool are professionally maintained on a weekly basis.
