Newbury Neck, Surry. Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath post and beam 
cottage. Newly remodeled offering maple hardwood floors, granite 
counter tops, maple cabinets and new appliances. At high tide the 
water literally comes up to the seawall of the cottage. Beautiful 
views of Union Bay and Mt Desert Island (Acadia National Park) can 
be 
seen from this cottage. This is also a great area for kayaking, 
canoeing and walking.  ***note, spiral stairs between floors***

Vacation Rental Amenities

wood stove, BBQ grill (propane), washer/dryer, linens included, 
dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee 
grinder, dishes/utensils provided, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD 
player, tape player, small deck, surround sound stereo and radiant 
central heat. No smoking. No pets.
