Vacation Rental Description

*Walk the Beach everyday. Beautifully decorated, ceramic floors, two 
 lanais.
* Master bedroom has a king size bed w private bath & large 
  closet.
* Second bedroom has twin beds, large closet, and direct 
  access to lanai. 
* Third bedroom also has twin beds, new bedroom set (updated     
  picture not yet posted)and a large closet. 
* ceramic tile throughout the entire condo
* All the bedrooms have their own TV. Living room and third bedroom 
  have VCR's too. 
* Large, bright kitchen is totally equipped and features sliding doors
  out onto a lanai that faces the     
  gulf and views beautiful sunsets.
* Full size washer and dryer in a private laundry room with iron &
  ironing board. 
* Beach towels provided. 
* Assigned private parking spot under the building in the shade.
  Security entrance and lobby, outside 
  phone call system to condo, fast elevator, and a garbage chute right
  outside condo door.

-directly across from the beautiful, white sandy BEACH of the Gulf
-directly across from Holiday Inn, restaurant, pool and entertainment
-nearby trolley makes car rentals optional, trolley stop close-by
-restaurants, stores, shopping, ice cream parlor, and bars less than 
 1 block away in Santini Plaza
-local golf course about three blocks away
-movie theater, Catholic Church, and new grocery store about 1 mile 
 away, accessible by the trolley car
-medical center within walking distance
-rent a pontoon, etc. at close-by marina; deep sea fishing
-fine restaurants abound within the area / accessible by walking and 
trolley 

Activities and Attractions

-large pool with clean poolhouse, comfortable poolside tables and 
 chairs, two full size tennis courts
-Lovers Key Park (2 miles away)
-Sanibel, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island, 
 Punta Gorda are within a 15-45 minute ride by car
-Busch Gardens ( 2hrs.); Disney World (3 hrs.); Key West(day trip 
 via boat available) 
-dinner cruises available as well as gambling cruises
-parasailing, jet skiis, bikes, and scooter rentals are all available
-large, modern library with internet access computers within 3 miles 
 and accessible by the trolley

Vacation Rental Rates

*Available January-March 2009; 2 week rental minimum; $1,000.00 per
 week or $3,500.00 for the month
*May - December $130.00 per night / discounts for multiple week rentals
*$500.00 deposit required within 5 days of booking; balance due 
 within 30 days of arrival 
*no adults younger than 25 without adult supervision; no pets; no    
 smoking inside the condo; proof of age required
*check in 3:00 p.m./ check out time 10:00 a.m.
