Or bring your Boat or Jet Skis. There's a private boat launch in the subdivision and your own personal boat dock right in

***** Please Note: We are a family vacation home in a family neighborhood. We therefore DO NOT rent to Prom Groups, Spring Breakers or other High School / College groups - even with chaperones! Minimum rental age is 25!

Additionally, due to parking constraints, maximum occupancy rules and the potential for property damage we are not available for "events" like parties, weddings etc. Violation of these terms will result in immediate eviction with no return of rents or deposits.
