Off season rate: $150 per night. (April, May, October, November)
Winter/Summer rate: $200 per night. (January, February, March, June,
July, August, September, December)
Prime rate: $300 per night (Christmas, New Years)

7th day free on a weekly rental.

Cleaning fee: $162

50% deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due 14 days in advance of rental.
No Smoking or Pets.
Refundable Security Deposit required $200.

One week minimum stay.
