Our penthouse, the Ireland Escape, is a spacious 2000 sq. ft., 2.5 bedroom Wailea Beach Villa. Located directly above the upper pool with a spectacular garden and pool view, this unit offers a glimpse of Molokini and the ocean when the palm fronds blow.
You will find your vacation dollars go much further at the Beach Wailea Villas. Luxury outings are much more affordable when you can serve breakfast and lunch on the beautiful lanai and save money for dinners at any of the fantastic restaurants nearby. It's a great way to save without sacrificing!

Furnished in elegant Island Style, the feeling is serene and sophisticated. The tropical motif is accentuated with a touch of Asia.
The Ireland Escape has a master suite with sumptuous king bed and large flat-screen TV hidden away in an antique Chinese armoire, a soaking tub in the spacious bath, and a walk-in closet with safe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, large TV and second bath. The bed and bath can be sectioned off into a private suite. The den has a queen-sized Murphy-Bed (yes, a comfortable bed!) and can be closed off for privacy. All beds have luxury linens. Other features include satellite cable and wireless broadband internet, iPod players, alarm clocks, DVD players, full complimentary phone service, and a stocked laundry room in the unit.
Sports fans and media fans will appreciate the 58 inch flat-screen in the great room. The Ireland Escape offers a complete gourmet kitchen and gas barbecue. Private chef and shopping service is available on request.

Turtle sightings are common in the Wailea/Makena area. We always recommend a trip to Molokini for snorkel or scuba, with a stop at one of the turtle "hangouts" on the way back. Whale watching tours are also great - the whale photo shown here was taken on our trip in December '08. The double breach followed by a third (missed the shot of that one!) was the talk of the day among the boat captains.

Spring 2011 Rates are $750 per night through April.
Summer Rate: $750 per night. Discounts may be available for longer stays (over 7 days). New Years is still available from Dec. 28 on...one week minimum at $1400 per night.
5 night minimum unless you book a space between existing bookings. 7 nights
includes midstay cleaning and exit cleaning. Daily housekeeping may be arranged, but we find most people enjoy the place to themselves. Refundable cleaning/security deposit required on checkin.
