Oceanfront * Awesome View * The Pelican * 2pools in New Smyrna Beach

This 4th floor (with elevator) Oceanfront Condo is family-owned. It
has a very spacious living room with an open floor plan (Approx.
1300 sq. ft.) and has double sliding doors which allows the view of
the beautiful ocean from within our unit. Besides a seperate dining
area there is also a snack bar. From the extra-wide private
balcony, you also overlook the 2 large pools ... (see pictures

Located within a mile of the shopping center that has a Bealls
department store, gift stores, a grocery store, and restaurants.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-through closet to a
private bath. The second bedroom has both a twin and full-size bed
with a bath across the hall. The living room sofa folds out to a
queen-size bed. There are 3 TV's (with cable) 2 VCR's and 1 DVD. There is a telephone for your convenience. The washer and dryer are also inside our unit.
Completely furnished, just bring your own beach towels and suntan
lotion!

Besides listening to the Ocean all day, enjoying the beach, and
playing in the waves, you're only an hour away from Orlando, 20-30
minutes from Daytona, and 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. New
Smyrna Beach has one of the best (if not THE Best) beaches to walk
on, as there are no rocks or stones, just a few shells here and
there.
More shells can be found down by the jetty (breakers) where the
ocean flows into the Indian River, or near Turtle Mound, located
within the National Park. Blue Springs State Park is nearby, that's
where the manatees hang out in the cooler weather. The Daytona Flea
Market is HUGE. So much to do, so little time...Enjoy...

Rental Rates are $650 to $1,000 per week, depending on length of stay
and the time of year. Monthly: $2,250-$3,200. The maid fee is $80.00
and is paid to the office when you check in. During the busy season
the check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. If you plan to arrive
later, we need to make arrangements for a key to be left for you in a
lock-box near the
condos office. Please call if you will be arriving late.
Check-out is usually by 10 a.m. the following Saturday. The office
will be giving you the car pass and the pool passes.
