200 steps from the beach. Kailua Beach is the best in the world.This
is a lovely Hawaiian style Townhouse with one or two bedrooms is
decorated with the Hawaiian lifestyle in Mind. Large Screen TV. DVD
Player...fully equipped with everything including spices. The master
bedroom and bathroom and full kitchen are located on the top level,
and the second bedroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer are
located on the lower level. If you choose to have only one bedroom,
then we close off the lower bedroom portion. Very provate, your own
private enterance with a gate, and off street parking.....why stay in
a hotel when you can stay in a lovely home?

200 steps from the beach....all the beach towels, boogie baords,
coolers are provided, an Iron
and Board, and washer and dryer, Hair Dryer, and a fully equippped
kitchen. Just bring your shorts, t-shirt and a swim suit....

Kailua town is 2 miles away where you can dine, shop, rent
kyacks,and every type of snorkel and diving equipment. You can golf
in Kailua, hike, swim, dive...shop and have fun. We are close to
everying and anything.

The rate is $195 per night for a one bedroom which is $1365 per week
or if you add on the second bedroom it is $225 per night and for a
week that makes it $1575. The state of Hawaii needs the taxes, so I
charge 11.962% of the total rental price....Also there is a cleaning
fee of $100- $125...and a refundable security deposit of $250.
