Nice doing business with you! We had a great week at the condo and were truly pleased with EVERYTHING! Thanks for keeping it simple and it being advertised for exactly what it is. This was my first time renting through VRBO and was a little nervous, especially since I was left with the task for doing it for my family and my in-laws. I looked like a super star!!! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! Wonderful location, gorgeous unit, great pool, hot tub & grill, and right in the sand... just perfect! The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to have all the beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. taken care of. Everyone we met on the property was sweet & welcoming and our kids loved having a few other little ones to play with. My husband & I loved how private and calm the beach was, not a ton of tourists like Clearwater or St. Pete beaches. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay! Already checking our calendar to figure out when we can visit again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Perfect view

This unit is very nicely furnished, was clean and well stocked- including a beach umbrella, chairs and plenty of sand toys. We enjoyed the full view of the gulf from the living room, and the beach is only a few steps away. Keegan's is within walking distance, which is a big + (eat there; you won't regret it!)
We did have some issues with the dryer "eating" anything with a drawstring or spaghetti straps, but that was reported and I trust that the rental company is taking care of it, as they were lovely to work with. The only drawback to the unit was some of the resident's intolerance of teenagers. They were extremely rude, not only verbally but also in their behavior. I would recommend this unit for families with small children; be leery if you have children over age 10, or if you are opposed to your children observing adults consuming alcohol.
Please do not take this review as negative! John and Michele were very nice, the unit is absolutely wonderful and we had a great time. If not for the residents we would stay here every year. It is without a doubt the nicest unit we have stayed in to date.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway
