family as we have our own private path to the ocean, just 200steps
away! The house is made for entertaining with a large kitchen and
spacious eating areas. Featuring fabulous views and breezes in an open
air mexican style villa upstairs.
One master bedroom features open air and the other is airconditioned.
The downstairs features another kitchen as well as airconditioning
for living and bedrooms.
Our lovely pool is surrounded by lush gardens, bbq and wet bar, large
patios for entertaining or just hanging out and relaxing.

Location, Location, Location. This is the best for your beach and fun
in the sun vacations. We are truly on the beach yet just down the
road from several excellent restaurants, surf shops, office center,
video rentals, yoga and massage, and shops.
We have cooks available for those special meals and occasions. Plus
we can accommodate large groups of 16 to 18. Check with us if your
group is larger than this.

Fishing is great, canopy tour is only 10 minutes away, horse tours,
river and turtle tours, as well as hiking and biking are all at your
doorstep.
The Ostional turtle preserve warrants a trip to watch the laying or
hatching, and the mouth of the rivers are worth exploring for all our
local wildlife.
Numerous hiking, horseback and canoe tours are right here in Nosara, as
well as our own canopy tour, Miss Sky, one of the longest in the country
and a 'must do'.

Rates for the downstairs only, with separate entrance, king bed and
two singles range from $550-$700 wk.. Rates for the upstairs only,
fabulous view, 2 master bedroom suites with king beds, start at $1500
in low season to $1950.
The whole house and an additional rustic bonus room can sleep up to 10
persons and this rents for $2100-$2500 depending on the season.
