Casa jardin, just a few steps away, is a charming studio home with kitchen, an open sleeping area with double and single bed.  Nicely appointed with tile floors, fan and a/c upon request.  Internet available. Downstairs is the CASA JARDIN APARTMENT, a nice two rooms with kitchen, double and single bed.

Playa Pelada Penthous, the perfect stay for that special occasion, features a 'tree house' feeling with fabulous views.  Great little studio home with mini kitchen, large deck with ocean views and breezes.  For two persons only.

All share this great BEACH location.

Lovely garden with pool and BBq rancho that can seat 12 for dinner.  Off street parking, security boxes.  ON THE BEACH, just a 1 minute walk.  Restauranats and shopping up the street.

A short 6 minute beach walk takes you to Playa Guiones  for some of the best surfing in Costa Rica.

The Casa del Oro has 2 bedrooms up, and one downstairs with separate
entrance, so can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom house. $750-$900/wk.

 
An additional house, the Casa Jardin, just 20 feet away, is a studio
home upstairs that rents from $250 to $450 weekly; plus 2 room apartment downstairs renting from $35 per nite. 

The lovely penthouse rents from $125 to $150 per nite, or $110 per nite on a weekly basis.

All share a lovely garden with pool and bbq lanai, just a one minute walk to the surf.
Excellent value for the money.
