We are inside a gated property, on a private and quiet location, off the street yet in the middle of everything, 5 minutes walk from groceries stores, bakery, pizza places, restaurants, yoga centers, and with beach access only 500ft from here.

Fully Air-conditioned, even in the bedrooms, equipped with complete kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom with always hot water showers with good pressure, Plasma Satellite TV with premium channels in English and US and EUROPE news channels, DVD player and Private Wi-Fi connection of 2Mbs.

The main bedroom is on the second floor, with a wide queen size bed (4” wider), a comfortable high quality mattress, and its own balcony with garden view.
