3 bedroom/3 baths, Contemporary Island-style Guest House Villa, very
private, gated, and each with its own entryway, fully furnished.


Guest House Villa is sectioned off from the MAIN HOUSE with its own
gates & entryways, and its own private waterfront. Main house
occupies the NORTH wing, while VILLA occupies the entire south wing.
Main house is NOT Occupied when VILLA is rented.


This Waterfront Guest House is ideal for family wanting to be
together yet they each can have their own privacy, as every bedroom
SUITE is setup like an individual STUDIO.


It offers 2 large patios, upper patio where the building is located,
and also lower patio by the MARINA front.

Offering best of both worlds, blue Ocean with sandy beach is right
across and also aqua blue Marina Water right in your own back yard,
you are surrounded by water on both ends.

This Mediterranean style Villa UNIT, has 2 large bedrooms/2baths
(almost 1100-sq.ft) which are next to each other side by side
separated by a solid double wall and a door, with a 100-sq-ft
kitchenette in between the 2 rooms. They each have their own newly
renovated private baths en-suite. Ideal setting for Parents &
children so each can have their own privacy, or for two couples
traveling together.

There is also a 3rd Room which will be rented only to the same party.

This room (600-sq-ft) has a queen bed & sofa bed, its
own bathroom ensuite, own entryway, and its own kitchenette. Great for
3 couples, or family traveling together. All 3 rooms can sleep up to
8 guests maximum.


Fully furnished and decorated with tropical Hawaiian flairs, each
Bedroom Suite is equipped with its own cable TV, air conditioning,
sofa, dresser, mirrored wardrobe closet filled with (his & hers)
hangers, plush bedding and bath linens, toiletries including travel
size soaps, bath tissues, boogie boards, traveling cooler and beach
towels.

The kitchenette offers a toaster oven, stainless steel double burner
hotplate, coffee maker, chest freezer, bistro style dining
set & refrigerator filled with complimentary water, juice & snacks.

Villa also has a private gated decking/patio and equipped laundry
room on the premises dedicated exclusively for guests use.

This property is Centrally located just a few Steps from the crystal
blue Ocean. Grab your beach towels and fishing gears and take a very
short stroll to the white sandy beaches located right across from
this property. There are long stretch of beach parks where families
can enjoy cookouts, fishing & crabbing for dinner, watch the sunset,
and large variety of Water Sports activities such as: Para-sailing,
water-ski, jet-ski, kayaking, water trampoline, snorkeling, swimming,
scuba diving, and more....

2 minutes up the road is the world famous HANAUMA BAY which offers
spectacular snorkeling and scuba diving experiences. SEA LIFE PARK
less than 3 minutes away for a wonderful marine life family
adventure.

Conveniently located also just a few steps to the Koko Marina
