Rick's Adobe / Terlingua Ranch in Terlingua

One room adobe is located approx. 13 miles north of the Terlingua
ghost town and 2 miles south of Aqua Frio Mountain. Fantastic views
and very secluded. Great place to unwind and watch the sun rise and
set. Hike, bike, write a book, songs or just bring your guitar and
play around the camp fire and check out the stars. Life is good!

Adobe lodging in primitive off-grid setting.
1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed and 1 cot. Bring your own sleeping
bags. No linen furnished.
Propane cook stove(fuel furnished), wood stove(wood not furnished),
kerosene lamps(fuel furnished) and out door grill. Pots and pans
(furnished).
Outdoor shower with hot and cold running water(Hot in July, cold
most of the other time). Please conserve cistern(rain barrel)water
Bring towels and drinking water.
Facilities: Outhouse(toilet paper furnished).
12 volt solar powered battery. Operates shower pump and can power
cell phone.
Cell Phone service on top of hill behind Adobe.
Take only pictures, leave only foot prints and your troubles. All
trash must be packed out!!!!!! If you pack it in, Pack it out!!!!!!!
Please leave the adobe better than you found it.

Hiking, motorcycling, biking, back road trips, wildlife viewing,
star gazing and on and on.
All vehicles including ATVs and motorcycles must stay on graded
roads. No off-road trips.
No hunting please.

$49 per night, $295 per week. Rates based on double occupancy. 
Add $5 per day, per additional guest. 6 person Max.
Additional guest over 4 will need to bring their own tent.
3 night min. stay. 60 day cancellation policy. Contact us for
