The Flying Caballos ranch house is over 100 years old. It sits on a
200+ acre ranch just outside downtown San Luis Obispo. The house has
recently been restored from top to bottom and back to its original
luster. There are five bedrooms in all, each of them unique and
decorated with the utmost attention to detail. The living areas are
cozy and inviting and make for a very warm and peaceful environment.
The grounds surrounding the home offer breathtaking views of the Edna
Valley wine region, and are beautifully landscaped. The house provides
the perfect setting for your special event or private party.
There are several amenities to add to the comfort and enjoyment of
your stay, including outdoor heated showers and an incredible
custom-built BBQ.

Sep-May:   $650/night (entire house, 2 night minimum)

$500.00 deposit upon booking
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Rate plus 10% tax and $125.00 cleaning fee
Both are non refundable if unable to rebook during time scheduled
