Sleeping Quarters: Master bedroom has a king size bed, second
bedroom has queen size
bed, third small room has a futon (which is actually very
comfortable), and the living room comes with a pull-out sofa.

There is elevator access to this TOP FLOOR unit.

This condo has 4 TVs, DVD, VHS and stereo system for your enjoyment.

The resort is within walking distance to several great bars and
restaurants; great location!   "Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill" is a newer waterfront bar and restaurant (which has FANTASTIC Happy Hours!) which is also walking distance away.   

The use of our boat slip is included!

Please note: Blackwater Sound is much closer than it appears in the
pictures; you are only steps away from the marina, pool, and
clubhouse.
