Owner Note: We were informed that other owners from Moon Bay are using our waterfront view picture as their own, on this and other websites. We want to stress how important it is for renters to be sure to research potential rental properties thoroughly before booking. Our view is from OUR BALCONY.
Our view is exceptional and wide open. It makes all the difference in a vacation getaway and this is why we purchased this specific unit.
Remember, hotels may charge hundreds a night for views like this one! Again, you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get so much more.
Welcome to our Perfect Paradise: This is a beautiful 2.5 BR, 1.5 bath top floor condo in Moon Bay Marina and Resort in Key Largo, Florida. Newly listed so that I can share my dream getaway with you. Heated adult and kiddie pool, 30
foot boat slip, fish cleaning station, tiki huts on the water,
tennis courts, assigned parking space, washer/dryer, granite counter
tops, screened balcony, WIRELESS INTERNET, and the most incredible
sunset views are all included.
There are many units for rent in Key Largo, but it's hard to find a
view this perfect at these prices. The views are truly spectacular;
you definitely don't have to crouch in the corner of your balcony to
see the sunset from this unit. The views are known as some of the
best in Moon Bay, and you can't beat it at these rates. The views
alone will truly mesmerize you.
Sleeping Quarters: Master bedroom has a king size bed, second
bedroom has queen size
bed, third small room has a futon (which is actually very
comfortable), and the living room comes with a pull-out sofa.
There is elevator access to this TOP FLOOR unit.
This condo has 4 TVs, DVD, VHS and stereo system for your enjoyment.
The resort is within walking distance to several great bars and
restaurants; great location! "Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill" is a newer waterfront bar and restaurant (which has FANTASTIC Happy Hours!) which is also walking distance away.
The use of our boat slip is included!
Please note: Blackwater Sound is much closer than it appears in the
pictures; you are only steps away from the marina, pool, and
clubhouse.
