Our fun, whimsical home in Seacrest Beach North features FIVE
bedrooms and FOUR baths. Our backyard is the community of Rosemary
Beach! Shops, restaurants and fun fountains to run through are all
minutes away by foot!! Our home is ready for lots of fun, family
memories!! So, grab your family and come visit!

The "Funky Monkey" has three levels...

First level -
*Kitchen (stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, icemaker,
granite countertops), *Dining Room, *Living Room, *Laundry Room,
*Queen Bedroom with adj. bath

Second level -
*Bunk room (2 sets of twin bunk beds - a kid friendly Nintendo set
is in this room)
*Queen Bedroom - with adj. bath (share with bunk room)
*Master King Bedroom - with adj. bath (a family friendly XBOX is in
this room)
(*Full/Queen size futon is also in this bedroom)


Third level -
*Playroom/Fun room - small fridge, bar sink, air hockey table,
*King Bedroom with adj. bath

TV's and DVD players in all Bedrooms plus the Family Room!

Beach "fun" box located outside our back door - filled with shovels
and sand toys - all the things our little ones (and big ones!) need
when they head to the beach. :)

Our home is located in the neighborhood of Seacrest Beach North. We
are about a 5 minute walk to our 12,000 sq. ft. neighborhood pool
and a 6 - 7 minute walk to our neighborhood's beach access. Our
little ones (ages 3 and 6) can make the walks easily! But why walk
when you can ride!!! Our neighborhood offers a tram/shuttle service
to take you to the beach or the pool! Just call the tram/shuttle
number, and they will be at your door!

Our home backs up to the community of Rosemary Beach and is close by
the community of Alys beach. We often find ourselves riding our
bikes over to Rosemary, to enjoy their restaurants and shops, and to
Alys to enjoy their pool-side restaurant as well as a local
favorite - George's Restaurant. Our home is less than a one minute
walk to the Villages of Seacrest where you'll find a few cute shops,
the restaurant Destin Chops, and the INTERACTIVE FOUNTAINS :) Also,
our neighborhood offers concerts on Sunday nights during the summer -
pack a picnic and have a perfect family activity!

We now have a concierge service to help you with the planning of your trip to Seacrest and 30-A! Restaurant reservations, babysitting services...whatever you need,  our concierge will help you out!!

We are a NON-SMOKING home. We rent to families and to adults over
the age of 27.

Beds: King Bed (2): King Master on second floor (Jetted Tub in
Bath), King Bedroom on Third Floor, Queen Bed (2) : Queen bedroom on
First Floor, Queen bedroom on Second Floor, Bunk Bed (2) : Two sets
of bunk beds in the "Monkey room", Convertible Bed: Queen/Full Futon
in Master on Second Floor, Crib: We have one pac 'n play.

Entertainment: Cable, TV/DVD (5), VCR, Video Library, Video Game
Console (2) : XBOX with kid friendly games, Old Fashion Nintendo in
the Monkey room,Video Games,CD Player/Stereo System, Air Hockey
table!

Full Kitchen: A stand alone ice maker - great on hot days!! Cooking
Utensils Provided, Refrigerator (2) : Small fridge on the third
floor, Dishwasher (2), Microwave, Ice Maker
