Amenities Air Conditioning: Each floor is independently controlled for heat and air-conditioning. The Observation Room walls open to the ouside deck and balcony. Washer: Very large stainless drum, water saver, front loader. Dryer: Front loader, all electric.

Linens Provided: Beach towels included with linens, pillows.

Off Street Parking: Parking on the Friendship Lane side of the villa for offf street cars and suvs. 
The villa spans 2 streets.

Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Boat ramp for jet skis or small boat 100' from the villa. Parking for small RV.  The villa has water and a 30amp service on the Friendship Lane side of the villa.

Elevator: Sea floor, Birch wood walls, telephone in the elevator for those private calls, 26" wide wheelchair accessible and stops at all floors. 

Bedrooms: Queen Bed: Master Bedroom - Pillow Top ; Double Bed (4) : 
Bunkk Bed: Triple bunk bed, all 3 beds are double bends not single, bedroom celinigs are 10' high to accomodate the triple bunk. 

Entertainment Cable/Satellite TV (2) : HBO, Premium channels as well as ESPN HD and all cable HD channels. The cable has many pay per view channels. DVD Video Game Console: BYO and hook up to the LCD in the childrens room. Video Games: BYO CD Player Stereo System

Kitchen Full Kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, glass top stove, oven side by side refrigerator with crushed ice and water in the door, toaster.

Cooking Utensils Provided: Adequate cutlery for 7, dishes, other pots/pans and kitchen equipment. 

Outdoor Features: Gas BBQ Grill: Propane provided and is on the 1st and 3rd floors.  

Observation Deck: Lemon Bay side of the villa

Balcony: Gulf of Mexico side of the villa and has a covered area for breakfasts and dinner overlooking Lemon Bay or view to the Gulf of Mexico. Parlor tables allow for multiple guests. The balcony is over 30' high with Lemon Bay a cast away. Additional bay views are availavle on the groud level with picnic area and seating with sun chairs. The same view is available from the ground level lanai, under cover with its own fan and shaded.  An elevator ride away from the kitchen.   
There is no traffic as Lemon Bay is 100' from your lanai with wicker and had painted charis.  Prop your feet on the imported, Egyptian lanai railings all especially prepared for Villa Eron.

View: VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico  - - - From the observation room and balcony. There is no need to just view it just walk down the private street and touch the beach and the gulf waters. Experience the full and easy access to the beach. No fences or walkways the beach is yours.  

Water View: Lemon Bay is right out of your window on any floor of the villa; from the lanai, observation deck, balcony and even from the bathrooms. The view from the master shower is of Lemon Bay and from anywhere in the Master Bedroom.  

Ski-In: Water ski-in, wave runner ski-in or moor your boat near your lanai to load supplies and passengers. 

Ski-Out: Water ski-out, wave runner ski-out or moor your boat near your lani for cleanup ora bathroom stop. 

Monument View: The oldest home on the island, The Chadwick Home, is across the street from your villa, the newest home on the island.

Suitability:  No Pets Allowed

Handicapped Accessible: The elevator provides the access to each floor with no thresholds to navigate once inside the home. The master shower has no threshold. Doors are wide and 8' tall in most places.  A 26" wide wheelchair has easy access to everywhere in the home.  
The area around the villa is all stone with a pea gravel walkway.  This was done to elminate water a lawn or plantins in the Florida conservation area. 

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 21 years old to rent the facility with a 25+ cosigner on the lease and at least one, onsite, 25+ person in residence.  No alcohol allowed by under age children. 

Charming independently-owned restaurants, motels, condominiums, and shops are the backbone of this Old Florida town and an emerging arts community feeds its creativity. Situated on Lemon Bay, Englewood has a natural appeal for those interested in fishing, boating, and bird watching. Fossilized shark's teeth are tiny treasures found at Stump Pass State Park on the south end of Manasota Key and Don Pedro Island State Park is ideal for picnicking or launching a kayak. The Lemon Bay/Myakka Trail Scenic Highway follows State Road 776 and highlight's Englewood's historical and natural points of interest, such as pioneer architecture in Historic Olde Englewood Village and wildlife watching at Tippecanoe Environmental Park.

Themed parks are mentioned as close-by the villa. We have included Busch Gardens in Tampa and Disney World in that category, although, each is 2-3 hour drive. An early start and late return can accomodate a day at either park. Going to the Space Center or other east coast venues would be too far for a reasonable amount of time to see the venue before returning back to the villa.
