 This house is an ideal family vacation place with 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms opening to large decks, 2 additional decks and its own private pool and patio for BBQ, swim parties and relaxing. 

The main house has 4 bedrooms.  A king master suite with jacuzzi bath has its own private deck overlooking the woodlands and greens.  Next is a queen with private bath.  The third is a queen with its own bath and it has an additional twin bed in it.  The fourth is a kids bunk room with double bottom and twin top.  In addition there is a memory king SS in the 2nd living room.  The 2nd living room has a wet bar and opens onto large screened in deck and the swimming pool.

 The guest house has 2 queen bedrooms, each with private bath and a private deck overlooking the woodlawns and greens.  The guest house living room has a memory foam SS.

Plenty of room for privacy and also for gathering - patio, decks, living rooms.  Five TVs and DVDs.
