Edge in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Yachats.

rocky shore. It is only 1 mile to the Devils Churn hiking trail
and the Cape Perpetua park. This house has been thoughtfully re-
decorated and new furnished. The fully equipped home is actually a
duplex, upper and lower. As you enter each level you are greeted
with panoramic ocean views from large banks of windows. Each can be
rented separately or opened up to accommodate up to 16 people. Each
has 3 bedrooms with luxury linens and down quilts and towels and two
brand new tile bathrooms, 2 wood burning fireplaces, and each has a
laundry room. The upper level open kitchen allows for sweeping views
while you cook and opens to the front living and dining area. Plasma
TV and Stereo system enhance your enjoyment. The adjoining wood
paneled large family room features a wood burning fireplace,
telescope and access to a large glassed in upper deck. A place to
watch the stars or check your email on the internet.
Enter the lower unit to amazing floor to ceiling ocean views. A new
compact kitchen provides all you will need for your vacation meals.

Enjoy the plasma TV, cable with premium channels and DVD player.
There are plenty of games and puzzles and don’t forget your laptop as
there is high speed internet available throughout. The lower deck
features a new built in hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen includes
all large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices.

go extreme with sandboarding (like snowboarding on sand dunes)in
Florence, just 20 miles to the South. Close to Cape Perpetua and the

Off-season [October 14 - May 19]:  $395/night (2 night minimum).  All school breaks and holidays are considered In Season.
In-season [May 20 - October 13]: $495/night (3 night minimum) except July and August which have a 1 week minimum.
