The one bedroom condo sits in the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club,
which has 3 tennis courts (one lighted) for your enjoyment. The
complex has a swimming pool overlooking the mouth of the Savannah
River and Atlantic Ocean. The condo unit has a water view, and one
can often see shrimp boats and Ocean cargo ships. There are elevators
and there are laundry facilities for the renters to use. The unit is
newly redecorated and everything is in good working order. The
Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is well maintained, and constant
attention is paid to it's upkeep. The beach is very close, being some
30 yards from the complex. One will see Dolphins playing close to the
shore on a regular basis. This affordable condo rental will give you
a base to visit the low country, and the historic areas such as
Savannah, Beaufort, and Charleston. The condo has a collection of VCR
movies for your viewing, and it also has a DVD player and Wi-Fi
access around the pool and in the condo offices.

Tybee Island is blessed with great places to eat, and it is only a
short 14 mile trip to Savannah. The dining in the low country is
fantastic and fun. You can eat at a fun place like The Crab Shack on
Tybee Island, or travel into Savannah and dine at the Pink House for
some more upscale dining. There are many restaurants in the area,
that have been featured in Southern Living or Coastal Living. Hilton
Head is only 45 minutes away, and Charleston is about one and a half
hours to the north. There are many historic sites to visit in the low
country area, and one will find the homes of Savannah beautiful. The
area has great fishing, and the tidal marshes are a great place to
go. The shopping in nearby Savannah is fun and unique. Tybee has
kayaking and there are bike and scooter rentals. The airport at
Savannah services both Hilton Head and Savannah, is a very modern and
clean facility. Airtran and Delta are major carriers flying into the
airport, which some 18 miles from Savannah.

Holiday pricing applies to the following dates:

June 29th - July 7th

Memorial Day: May 24th - 26th (3 night minimum)

St. Patrick's Day: March 8th-9th

Labor Day: August 30th-September 1st (3 night minimum)             

There is also a $35 non-refundable accidental damage charge & $70 cleaning fee.
