across from Kapi'olani Park and Honolulu Zoo. It is about a minute
walk to the famous "wall" on Waikiki Beach where you can watch the
magnificent sunsets. Relax and experience the tranquil and magical
Diamond Head side of Waikiki-- in our fully furnished, recently
remodeled, air conditioned condo studio nestled just below the
penthouses. There is a queen size bed, all new maple wood cabinets
throughout with granite counter and vanity tops, glass cook top,
stainless steel microwave/hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster,
pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. It is complete with a
wall mounted LCD TV and DVD player. The TV also has a stereo CD
player built in. The TV also has a camera chip port so you may view
your photos of the day. Also furnished with hair dryer, ironing
board and iron and free, unlimited calling Interisland, U.S. Mainland
and Canada.

the sights and sounds of World Famous Waikiki. Starbucks is two door
down the Avenue, Tiki's Bar and Grill is around the corner. The
Royal Hawaiian Shopping Mall and the International Market Place are a
seven minute walk fro the Waikiki Grand. The Waikiki Aquarium is a
six minute walk. Golf at the Ala Wai golf course, tennis at
Kapi'olani Park and hiking on Diamond Head.

Reservation deposit of $225.92 (including tax) due upon booking the Condo.  This deposit is credited to the last payment due 30 days before arrival. 
We use PayPal for your security in paying and accept most major credit cards.
All rental rates are subject to State of Hawaii Rental Tax of 12.962%
until July 1, 2010, at which time the rate will be 13.962%.

One time cleaning fee (including tax)  of $104.71 is charged to the rental fee and taxes.
