Our Winter Park condos our 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation condo sleep up to eight with a king bed in the
MBR, one twin and one twin/double bunk in the 2nd bedroom and one queen size hide a bed in the
living room. Get the same sleeping capacity as a 3 bedroom condo. Winter Park is a summer/winter
vacation paradise. Beaver Village is the only condo comlex with a pool that is near downtown and
includes FREE wireless internet service. We just completed a complete renovation of the condo that included all new furniture, kitchen, granite kitchen island, new king bed and new bedding in the 2nd bedroom and all new furniture and appliances. This is a ground floor condo with no steps.

We have a beautiful wooded/forest setting with fantastic mountain views of the continental divide
mountains and the WP ski area. The FREE shuttle bus picks you up at your front door. These condo's are about 1000 SF in size and include new automatic gas fireplaces, TV/VCR/DVD, Full Sized Kitchen with new glass top electric range and new quiet dishwasher, microwave, and much more. The condos sleep up to eight with a KING Bed in the Master Bdrm with a second cable TV, one twin and one twin/double bunk in the second bedroom (new bedding installed in the 11/2007) and a queen sleeper in the Living room.

Our condo is immaculately maintained by the owners (who live in Winter Park) and are fully equipped for your stay.

The activities vary from the extreme to the "relax and enjoy" - Things you can do in winter:
downhill skiing. We have two very large cross country centers - Devils Thumb and the YMCA ranch.
We have a snowmobile rental center right across the road from your condo that will take you to the
top of the continental divide. You can rent snow shoes, you can hike, you can winter bike, ice
fish, and you can curl up next to the fireplace with a good book and relax. You can skate in town
and follows miles of trails both summer and winter. The Rocky Mountain National park is just 45
minutes away by car.

In summer, enjoy moderate temps, beautiful blue skies and low humidity. We have Four golf courses
now - Pole Creek, Grand Lake, Grand Elk and Sol Vista - Sol Vista and Grand Elk are links style
courses. Pole creek and Grand Lake will challenge you with streams, lakes and woods. All are
excellent but Pole Creek with 27 holes has won many awards for best public course in Colorado. We
have fishing, fly fishing, hunting, hiking, Moutain biking (800 miles of trails), mountain climbing
and Rocky Mountain National Park is just 45 minutes away. RMNP is adjacent to some beautiful
mountain lakes (Shadow Mountain, Lake Granby and Grand Lake). The National Park has lots of ranger
led activities for adults, kids and families. Or, you can sit on the back deck and enjoy our
energetic hummingbirds (summer only), and agressive Blue Jays and Gray Jays. In the park, enjoy the elk (there are 3,000 Elk), Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles, Ospreys, coyotes, blacks bears and rocky mountain sheep. If you get real lucky, you might even spot some Moose (some live near the condo). At the ski area (during summer) we have miniature golf, the worlds LARGEST moutain slide, moutain bike trails and the lift takes you to the top of the mountain. We also have beautiful mountain top dining at the top of the lift and lots of hiking opportunities with world class views.

Rates vary based on the time of year and demand. The highest demand
is for the holiday period and spring break weeks in March.
