A fully-furnished & very clean townhouse in the Sheffield-in-the-Park area of Halifax, Nova Scotia. (It's the unit in the front picture with the white car). Equipped to start living in. Unlike many furnished suites open to short-term rental in Halifax that are quite expensive & are not particularly spacious, this townhouse has three levels.

The top floor has three bedrooms & full bathroom. The master bedroom has a half-bathroom. Two of the top-level rooms have queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with two full size single mattresses.

The living bright area overlooks the playground of Lincoln Cross. The living area has an oak hardwood floor & patio doors to the deck & back garden.

On the lower level is the "business center" with a computer, printer & copier & fax. Nearby is the laundry room, which doubles as a third bathroom, since it also has a shower, toilet and vanity. 

There's a pretty back garden and deck with patio furniture and barbecue.

TV's & phones on each level. We're child & pet friendly. Free long distance (US CAN)  

Fully-equipped kitchen.

Towels, bed linens, kitchen utensils.

The  "Communications Center" in the ground floor den is equipped with a desktop IBM Think-centre computer with a large inch monitor, high speed cable internet, dedicated fax number, printer & photocopier. Free long distance phone Canada/USA.

The back garden has plenty of outdoor space to play in safely or barbecue. 

Washer & dryer.

Starter supplies of living essentials such as shampoo, soap, detergent, etc

Utilities (heat, water, cable TV, local phone service) are included.

Sheffield-in-the-Park is a desirable suburb of Halifax close to amenities and Mount Saint Vincent University (take a tour on Google streets). 

This townhouse provides real family living space away from downtown bustle, yet is still only a short drive to hospitals, universities and financial centers.

The "business center" provides all of the infrastructure to keep you right in touch with work & family whilst away.

A comfortable family base in Halifax from which to explore the rural attractions of Nova Scotia in your own way.

2400 Canadian dollars per month.

The minimum rental lease is one month, (not necessarily starting on the first of the month). Fractional months above one month may be calculated thereafter.

Regret - no reduction for shorter stays than a month, but a discount may be possible for a lease of 3 months or more. 

Damage deposit is $1200, payable at the beginning of the tenancy and repayable at the end.  Advance payment deposit of a quarter of the first month's rent is required to hold the reservation.
