beautiful construction using travertine, decorative tile, walnut,

mahogany throughout. There are two multipurpose rooms which serve 
as bedrooms as needed- no sleep sofas. Our bathrooms make the
Ritz forgettable! Take the elevator to the spacious main third
floor
dining,living,kitchen area with 15ft ceiling, Gulf views
everywhere,and 47 inch LG HD LCD TV with surround sound. The
kitchen
is appointed with Subzero refrigerator, two Meihle dishwashers,
Wolfe
gas cooktop, and a huge granite island with sink. House complete
January 1st, 2009.

Alys Beach right outside community. Very short walk to Rosemary
Beach and Seacrest Beach. Short bike ride to Shades sports
bar/restuarant or Publix and Kroger grocery stores.
Moderate bike ride or short drive (5 minutes) to Seaside. Easy
drive
to golf, movie theaters, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet
Mall, and Pier Park Shopping centers. Gulf right across our quiet
private street.
Enjoy our large courtyard (15 x 30ft) pool and two story loggias,
beautiful landscaping, ample off street parking, gas grill, and
