courtyard style Gulf view home located closer to the beach than

of homes along scenic 30A. Paradise By The Sea is a private gated
low density community south of 30A which offers more beach
frontage/homesite that any community in the area- approximately 1000
linear feet of beach! There are no crowds but enjoy being right
next
door to Alys and Rosemary Beach. Walk to entertainment, shopping,
restaurants, bike rental, groceries. There is a very nice bike path
right outside our gate. Enjoy the short walk to Fonville Press for
coffee and dining at George's of Alys Beach.

Andalusia features five bedrooms with king beds, LCD TV/DVD combos,
beautiful construction using travertine, decorative tile, walnut,
and
mahogany throughout. There are two multipurpose rooms which serve
as bedrooms as needed- no sleep sofas. Our bathrooms make the
Ritz forgettable! Take the elevator to the spacious main third
floor
dining,living,kitchen area with 15ft ceiling, Gulf views
everywhere,and 47 inch LG HD LCD TV with surround sound. The
kitchen
is appointed with Subzero refrigerator, two Meihle dishwashers,
Wolfe
gas cooktop, and a huge granite island with sink. House complete
January 1st, 2009.

Beach and Seacrest Beach. Short bike ride to Shades sports

to golf, movie theaters, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet
Mall, and Pier Park Shopping centers. Gulf right across our quiet
private street.
