The Beach House in Treasure Island

This is a beautiful 3200 sq ft, 3 story beach house with private dock
and pool. The home is situated on the intracoastal waterway and about
a minute's walk to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
The office has doors for privacy and a sleeper sofa and serves as a
4th bedroom. Sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a spacious living area
including a luxurious game room and custom bar. Take your coffee out
to the 2nd story deck and watch the incredible sunrise and in the
cool of the evening, enjoy the sunset from the master suite balcony
or walk across the street and dig your toes in the sand as you watch
the sun dip into the gulf.

Newly renovated pool and lanai.  There is a dock, and gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, gas stove and dishwasher. Pillows and all linens (including beach towels) provided. Central heat and air. Cable TV and DVD player. Telephone and complimentary wireless internet with a desktop
computer. Laundry room with ironing board and iron. Beach chairs
and rafts are provided and there are coolers available for your use.
For the fitness minded, we also provide bicycles, a canoe and a
kayak. For the fisherman, poles and a lighted dock (please provide
your own bait and tackle). In the game room you'll find a Wii gaming
system and a full size poker table (chips and cards on site). There
are televisions in most rooms, including several in the game room. On the 2nd floor deck you'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for "Dinner Al Fresco". Come and enjoy our Florida home!

Fishing, swimming, biking and boating. Short walk to a beachside bar
and grille. Casual and fine dining minutes away. Grocery shopping
nearby. 10 minutes to John's Pass for shopping, boating, dining and
35 minutes to Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium and
some of the finest malls in Florida. For the baseball fan, short
drive to Tropicana Field. Just an hour to world famous Busch Gardens
and Adventure Island.
